STEVE WARINER PERFORMS WITH WORLD-RENOWNED GUITARISTS, INCLUDING BRIAN MAY OF QUEEN, SAMMY HAGAR AND MORE DURING 'JAMES BURTON AND FRIENDS'

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – During the November 12th James Burton and Friends event, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Steve Wariner joined an incredible lineup of Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members and world-renowned guitarists, including Burton, Brian May of Queen, "Skunk" Baxter of Steely Dan, Sammy Hagar, Steve Cropper, as well as Tanya Tucker, and many more. The all-star event, which also included performances by Joe Walsh of the Eagles and Albert Lee, was hosted by Burton at The Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville. Proceeds benefited the James Burton Foundation by helping give the gift of music and guitars to school programs, hospitals for children and veterans nationwide.

Wariner was recently inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame by longtime friend, collaborator and Country Music Hall of Fame member Garth Brooks. Gretsch Guitars also celebrated the incredible talents of the revered musician with the newly released G6120T-SW Steve Wariner Signature Nashville® Gentleman model.

 

This holiday season, the four-time GRAMMY® winner will celebrate the holiday season with a special, intimate performance in Historic RCA Studio B on Friday, Dec. 13, 2019. The evening starts with a brief tour of the studio at 7:00 p.m., culminating with Wariner performing original songs, holiday tunes and re-interpretations of classic hits recorded in Studio B.
